PORTRAITS FOR PARKINSON'S FUNDRAISING SESSIONS
JO LYONS PHOTOGRAPHY IS SUPPORTING cutting-edge research in the quest for a cure for Parkinson's Disease
Portraits for Parkinsons - Fundraising for the Shake It Up Australia Foundation
Shake It Up Australia Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2011 and in partnership with The Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF) promotes and funds Parkinson’s disease research in Australia aimed at better treatments and ultimately a cure.
This cause is especially meaningful to me, as my good friend Warren has Parkinson’s, and I'd be grateful for your help in making a donation through this page. Warren and his beautiful wife Julie (pictured above) were the very first friends we met when we first moved to Wootton and are pillars of our community in Wootton. Warren is a passionate Rabbitoh's supporter!
Your contribution will be greatly appreciated and will assist me in achieving my fundraising goal of $500. Every dollar donated will be utilised exclusively for Parkinson's research, as all charity administration expenses are covered by Shake It Up's founding directors out of their own pockets.
HOW IT WORKS
Donate $50 or more and you will receive:
- a complimentary 30-minute mid-week studio Fundraiser session in our brand-new destination studio in Wootton NSW (and yes you can include your dog!)
- a $100 print credit to put towards your favourite images to be fine-edited and transformed into Australian-made artwork for your home
- An in-person reveal and purchasing appointment in the studio
- a social media file of one of your photos watermarked with the “Proud Supporter of Portraits for Parkinson's” logo so you can share and show the world how much you care!
BONUS: Donate $100 and receive an additional $100 print credit or a complimentary full indoor/outdoor session on our farm anytime in 2023!
These sessions will be held in my studio at Wootton which is located in the hinterland of the Great Lakes region of the Barrington Coast, NSW.
I RAISED $600! Thank you to those who supported this cause
